All references in this document are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.

 

 

General

  1. Please read and accept the website’s Terms and Conditions before making any purchase.
     

  2. By making a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all terms stated herein and has no claims or demands against Saleit Shahaf Poleg unless a condition of these Terms has been violated.
     

  3. Purchasing on the website constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
     

  4. Purchases on this website are only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above who possess a valid credit card in their name.
     

  5. The purchaser must complete all required fields for order processing efficiently, including providing a valid email address and phone number for contact if necessary.
     

  6. Saleit Shahaf Poleg reserves the right to modify prices, remove, change, or add items at its sole discretion without prior notice.
     

  7. Saleit Shahaf Poleg may update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
     

  8. All information on the website, including text and images, is the exclusive property of Saleit Shahaf Poleg. Copying or using any content in any form without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
     

  9. The prices displayed on the website include VAT.

Ordering Books

  1. A customer who places an order on the website and receives payment confirmation is obligated to complete the purchase.
     

  2. Saleit Shahaf Poleg strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and ensures that all books displayed for sale are in stock. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified within three business days, or alternatively, the order will be canceled.
     

  3. Any mistake in an order is the customer’s responsibility unless proven otherwise by the customer. However, the burden of proof rests solely on the customer.
     

  4. Saleit Shahaf Poleg does not guarantee the continuous availability of books in stock. If a customer orders an item that is out of stock, Saleit Shahaf Poleg will notify them within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the order confirmation and will not be held liable for any consequences. In such a case, the customer will be entitled to a full refund for the item (if the customer was charged for it).
     

  5. If the customer receives a book they did not order, Saleit Shahaf Poleg will cover the costs of returning the incorrect item and shipping the correct one.

Book Delivery

  1. Books will be shipped within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of delays, Saleit Shahaf Poleg will notify the purchaser.
     

  2. The order fulfillment process will begin only after receiving transaction approval from the payment processor.
     

  3. Shipping fees are additional and will be charged based on the customer's selected shipping method.
     

  4. The shipping prices listed on the website apply to deliveries within Israel only and may change without prior notice.
     

  5. In cases of force majeure, including computer, electrical, communication, or telephone failures that prevent Saleit Shahaf Poleg from delivering the order on time, the purchaser may request a full refund and cancel the order at no cost.

Returns and Order Cancellation

  1. A customer who places an order and receives payment confirmation but later wishes to cancel the order will be charged a cancellation fee (see Section 5).
     

  2. Order cancellations must be made via email to Saleit.shahaf.poleg@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
     

  3. Books may only be returned by shipping them back to the company. If the customer chooses to return books, they will bear the shipping costs and responsibility.
     

  4. Books that have been used cannot be returned.

  5. A customer canceling an order (even before receiving it) will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
     

  6. In addition to Section 5, if an order has already been shipped, the customer will bear the full shipping cost, even if shipping was free in the original order.
     

  7. Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  8. Returning books after 14 days or returning used books will be subject to Saleit Shahaf Poleg’s discretion and the website’s policies.

Product Liability

Any information provided on the website, in books, lectures, or workshops offered on the website does not constitute professional advice, recommendations, or opinions of any kind.

Payment Methods

  1. Payments for products on the website must be made using a valid and legally authorized credit card and/or via an online payment processor.
     

  2. Credit card details must be entered into a secure payment gateway compliant with PCI standards, as required by credit card companies.
     

  3. If incorrect credit card details are entered during a purchase, Saleit Shahaf Poleg is not responsible for any delays in book delivery.
     

  4. Improper use of credit cards, providing false information, or unauthorized third-party use of a credit card constitutes a criminal offense. Saleit Shahaf Poleg assumes no liability, and responsibility lies solely with the customer.

Privacy Policy

  1. During transactions with customers and the purchasing process, we take the highest precautions to maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
     

  2. Saleit Shahaf Poleg is committed to absolute confidentiality regarding customer identity and payment details.
     

  3. Saleit Shahaf Poleg will not use payment details for any purpose other than the transaction requested by the customer.
     

  4. Payment details are not stored on the website's system.
     

  5. Website communication is encrypted using SSL protocol, and credit card transactions are processed via PCI-secured payment gateways, in compliance with strict credit card company requirements.
